1 reports · First detected 2026-04-22 · Last active 2026-04-22

The Taiwan Individual Savings Account (TISA) is a dedicated account for long-term retirement planning promoted by the Financial Supervisory Commission as part of its Asian Asset Management Center policy. It reduces the burden on investors through regular fixed-amount contributions, low entry thresholds and low management fees. E.SUN Bank's participation helps integrate disciplined investing and retirement preparation into everyday digital banking while broadening financial inclusion.

E.SUN Bank formally launched its TISA service on April 22, 2026. Customers can enroll and purchase funds through the E.SUN Mobile Banking app, with a minimum investment of NT$1,000 per transaction. There is no subscription fee for any number of new purchases, while trust management fees are also waived through the end of 2026. Customers can choose their debit dates and adjust contribution amounts.
