Flow Capital Plans to Tokenize $150 Million Private Credit Fund via DigiFT
Hong Kong credit manager Flow Capital specializes in private credit investments, a fund category that typically offers limited liquidity and carries high investment thresholds. Tokenizing fund interests could streamline issuance and trading, and forms part of a broader push by major financial institutions including BlackRock and JPMorgan to bring real-world assets onchain.
Flow Capital plans to put its $150 million private credit fund on the blockchain through Singapore tokenization platform DigiFT by the end of April. The company also intends to raise an additional $30 million through tokenized fund interests to expand the fund’s capital base.
