The company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the SECZ ticker on July 2. Its work with BlackRock on the BUIDL fund and its role in developing tokenized-equity infrastructure with the NYSE have made its results a closely watched gauge of institutional adoption.

Total revenue fell 5% from a year earlier to $14.4 million, while tokenization revenue declined 12% to $7.84 million. The company posted a $21.7 million net loss. Securitize is a BlackRock-backed asset tokenization platform that brings traditional assets such as funds on-chain and provides management services. With the tokenization market gaining momentum, its assets under management have surpassed $3.4 billion. Its operations and progress toward a listing have become key indicators of institutional blockchain adoption.

Securitize's first-quarter revenue rose 39% year on year to a record $19.5 million, driven primarily by its asset-servicing business, though expansion costs kept the company in the red. After the SEC cleared its registration statement and shareholders voted on June 29, Securitize merged with Cantor Equity Partners II and listed on the NYSE under the ticker SECZ on July 2. The transaction provided about $400 million to pursue acquisitions.
