Travelsoft Pay Partners With Mastercard on B2B Virtual Card Payment Solution

Travelsoft Pay is a new payments company within Travelsoft Group, whose parent has operated in travel technology for 25 years. The group’s platforms process about €50 billion in gross travel transactions annually. Travel payments involve numerous intermediaries and suppliers, making reconciliation, delays and limited transparency persistent operational challenges. Virtual cards can therefore deliver benefits at scale.

Travelsoft Pay and Mastercard announced their partnership on March 3, 2026. They will integrate the Mastercard Wholesale Program, or MWP, into an API-first cloud platform that generates virtual card numbers on demand, automates incoming and outgoing payments, and connects bookings through final settlement. The related report was published on March 9, and the companies did not disclose the value of the partnership.
