MaiCoin Parent Files for Taiwan Innovation Board Listing
Modern Wealth Holdings is the parent company behind Taiwanese virtual-asset operator MaiCoin and the MAX exchange. Its bid for a primary listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange’s Innovation Board would mark a significant move by a local crypto business into public capital markets. A successful debut could make it Taiwan’s first listed blockchain company, while giving investors greater visibility into the group’s operating scale, growth prospects and path toward profitability.
The company has formally submitted its Innovation Board listing application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange, with SinoPac Securities and Taiwan Cooperative Securities serving as lead underwriters. Exchange disclosures showed revenue of about NT$522 million in 2025 and a pretax loss of roughly NT$466 million. The filing begins the exchange’s review process, with the proposed listing timetable still subject to regulatory and exchange approval.

Four Taiwanese financial holding companies have recently been reported to be evaluating acquisitions of cryptocurrency exchanges, although the institutions involved have yet to formally disclose any targets or timelines.
