104 Job Bank’s latest “Swipe Generation Anxiety” report found that 54% of young job seekers face high levels of stress, while 30% fear that AI will replace the value they offer in the future. The survey also found that AI has become their second-largest source of emotional support after friends and partners, ranking ahead of parents and older family members.
