1 reports · First detected 2026-07-24 · Last active 2026-07-24

Berlin-based Telli, founded in 2024, develops AI agents for customer-facing operations at business-to-consumer companies. Its technology handles conversations across voice, WhatsApp, chat and email, including lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-ups and service requests. Charlie, the platform’s central AI coworker, helps teams configure agents, analyze interactions and improve performance, positioning Telli in a growing market for automating high-volume customer operations.

Telli announced a $15 million seed round on July 23, 2026, led by redalpine with participation from Cherry Ventures, Y Combinator, Mutschler and angel investors. The financing brought total capital raised to $18.5 million. The company plans to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, develop Charlie further and broaden its voice and multichannel agent platform. Telli says its agents already process millions of customer interactions for clients including Sky, Viessmann, Enpal and Vaillant.
