Earnix Launches Agent Hub for Insurance AI Workflows

2 reports · First detected 2026-09-17 · Last active 2026-09-17

Earnix introduced its AI Orchestration System, or AIOS, on June 17, 2026, as an insurance-focused framework combining artificial intelligence, data, models, business rules, workflows and human expertise. Its technology supports consequential processes including pricing and rating, underwriting and customer engagement. Agent Hub extends that architecture as insurers move beyond generative AI that merely recommends actions toward agentic systems that can execute tasks inside regulated workflows, raising the importance of governance, explainability and accountability.

The Boston-headquartered insurtech announced Agent Hub on September 17, 2026, adding more than 25 insurance-specific AI agents and applications to AIOS. Earnix demonstrated 14 agents at its Excelerate London event, with the catalog spanning pricing, underwriting, modeling, customer engagement, data and technology. Examples include Model Feature Mapper, Product Expert Advisor and Premium Explainer. The agents can operate across existing policy administration systems, data platforms, underwriting workbenches and customer portals under defined permissions, traceability controls and human oversight.

Mavrix Launches Millie Agentic AI Platform for Insurance Workflowsfirst seen 2026-08-27 · 1 reports · similarity 0.77 · same topic: Agentic AI

Insurance brokerage Mavrix has introduced Millie, a proprietary agentic AI platform that combines autonomous software agents with the infrastructure needed to operate them across insurance workflows. The product targets an industry still burdened by manual data entry, repeated handoffs and fragmented systems, aiming to reduce administrative work for brokers and service teams while giving policyholders a more streamlined digital experience.

Millie is designed to automate the process from submission and quoting through binding, policy issuance and post-sale servicing. It also provides guided quoting and a self-service policy portal for customers, extending automation across the full insurance lifecycle. Mavrix did not disclose the platform’s development cost, customer adoption figures or a specific commercial launch date in its announcement.
