2 reports · First detected 2026-07-23 · Last active 2026-07-24

Founded in 2002 and formerly known as CRMNext, BusinessNext provides AI-powered customer relationship management, digital lending and workflow automation tools to banks and financial institutions. ServiceNow is best known for automating enterprise operations, including IT and human resources. Their partnership pairs BusinessNext’s customer-facing banking expertise with ServiceNow’s middle- and back-office capabilities as established software vendors race to expand their role in AI-driven financial services.

ServiceNow said on July 23, 2026, that its venture arm would invest $40 million in BusinessNext through a Series C round, acquiring roughly 5% and valuing the Indian software company at $700 million. BusinessNext plans to use the funding for AI development and international expansion while tapping ServiceNow’s global sales network. The companies will also combine their platforms to market an integrated operating system for financial institutions, initially targeting the Asia-Pacific region.
