Golden Insurance Brokers Plans Late-March OTC Listing, Expands Mobile Applications and Elite-Agent Strategy
Founded in 1993, Golden Insurance Brokers was among Taiwan’s first insurance brokerages. It currently has about NT$220 million in capital, works with 33 life and non-life insurers, operates 29 locations across Taiwan and has more than 5,000 registered agents. Insurance broker and agency channels accounted for 18% of the industry’s new-business premiums in 2025, making the listing an important gauge of competition and digital transformation in insurance distribution.
Golden Insurance Brokers said on March 3, 2026, that it expected to list on Taiwan’s over-the-counter market in late March. Its 2025 revenue of NT$4.715 billion, net profit of NT$173 million and earnings per share of NT$7.86 were all record highs, while the board approved a cash dividend of NT$6.81 per share. This year, the company aims to increase its number of Million Dollar Round Table agents from 614 to 1,000 and expand its patented mobile insurance application system, which has a usage rate of more than 88% for life insurance.
