Innostar Service to List on Taipei Exchange in Late April, Bolstered by Advanced AI Chip Packaging Technology
Innostar Service (7828) specializes in MEMS probe cards and high-density copper-pillar terminal modules. Its “copper-pillar mass transfer” technology can reduce warpage in advanced packaging. The company has also entered the AI chip testing and CoWoS supply chains, making it an important gauge of Taiwan's efforts to localize advanced packaging equipment.
Innostar Service launched its underwriting process through a competitive auction on April 7 with a floor price of NT$550.88 per share, then listed on the Taipei Exchange in late April at NT$628 per share. The stock climbed as high as NT$1,590 on its first trading day, a gain of NT$962 from the offer price. Investors allocated one lot recorded a paper gain of NT$962,000.
