Law Insurance Broker Builds AI-Powered Back Office to Boost Service
Law Insurance Broker has made a large back-office support operation central to its business, handling policy, claims and regulatory inquiries so frontline agents can focus on clients. The model matters as insurance products and claims procedures become more complex: the speed and quality of administrative support can affect operating costs as well as how quickly policyholders obtain information, file claims and protect their contractual rights.
The Taiwanese brokerage said its support team handles nearly 100,000 professional inquiries a year while maintaining customer satisfaction above 98%. It is also continuing to develop its proprietary InForce platform, integrating artificial intelligence tools and a claims alliance blockchain. The systems are designed to cut time spent on data searches and document processing, while helping staff analyze claims and pursue benefits on behalf of policyholders.
