Bernstein Lifts Robinhood Target on Tokenization, Prediction Markets
Robinhood, which built its business as a commission-free retail brokerage, has expanded into cryptocurrency and blockchain-based finance. Bernstein sees the company’s next phase of growth coming less from conventional crypto trading and more from prediction markets and tokenized equities, products that could broaden its investable universe, increase transaction activity and create additional revenue streams.
As of July 21, 2026, Bernstein has raised its Robinhood price target to $160 from $130, an increase of about 23%, while maintaining an “outperform” rating. Robinhood is also developing Robinhood Chain, a proprietary Layer-2 network based on Arbitrum technology, as infrastructure for tokenized stocks and other onchain financial products.
